Tony Stark is a great businessman and engineer. He made his first appearance on March 1963 under the Marvel comics entitled Tales of Suspense #39. Unlike many superheroes that were made by one writer and one artist, Ironman is a collaboration of four people - Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, Don Heck, and Jack Kirby. The real identity of Ironman is Tony Stark, as most people know him, but his full name is Anthony Edward Stark.
Instead, he used his wealth and intelligence to become a self-made superhero. Like Batman, he has no inborn supernatural powers. Ironman is probably the most technologically advanced superhero on the face of the Earth.
